KOHÖRÏ - Originally written (COHORI) means 'I LOVE YOU' in Bube (Bohobé) - the language of the indigenous Bantu ethnic group native to Bioko Island in Equatorial Guinea, Africa. It’s a name that carries warmth, connection, and a little piece of home in every piece we provide💖
🌸OWNER'S NOTE
I grew up between Equatorial Guinea, Africa and the United States — two places, two ways of seeing the world, and two completely different ideas about what “getting dressed” means. KOHÖRÏ came from that. Not as some grand cultural statement, but as a simple, practical question:
Where do I shop when I don’t fit neatly into any one category?
Turns out, a lot of women feel the same way💕💫 That’s why this boutique is small on purpose. I hand-pick pieces that feel right — contemporary, wearable, and a little special without trying too hard.
Most items only come in 4–8 pieces, because I’d rather find things I truly love than fill a warehouse full of maybes💖. If you’re here, you probably get it. You’re not looking for what everyone else is wearing — you want something that makes sense for your life, whatever that looks like.
